PRODUCT INTRODUCTION


Xylanase is derived from carefully selected strains and refined through a process of liquid deep fermentation, utilizing modern biological fermentation technology and post-treatment techniques. This product is a group of complex enzymes capable of breaking down xylan into oligosaccharides and xylose. Xylanase functions by degrading the β-1,4-glycoside bond in xylan molecules, resulting in the hydrolysis of xylan into xylose, Xylobiose, Xylotriose, and other Xylo-Olig, along with a small amount of arabinose. These components effectively contribute to regulating the intestinal health of livestock and poultry, thereby improving production efficiency and economic benefits.


MECHANISM AND BENEFITS


  • It degrades xylan, reduces the viscosity of intestinal chyme, lyses the cell wall structure of plants, eliminates its anti-nutrition effect, and improves the production performance of animals.

  • Improves the feed metabolic energy, promotes nutrient digestion and utilization, reduces manure emissions, and enhances breeding efficiency.

  • Eliminates the inhibition of xylan on endogenous enzymes and reduces the possibility of increased compensatory ability of digestive organs.

  • Breaks down xylan to produce a large number of functional oligosaccharides, improving intestinal microflora and benefiting animal health.

  • Reduces the variability in feed material quality among different batches, ensuring product stability.

  • Broadens the range of feed raw materials, increasing the utilization of unconventional ingredients like miscellaneous meal, wheat middling, rice bran, and lowering feed production costs.


WORKING MECHANISM


Xylan is a type of polysaccharide composed of multiple pyranoid xylose units linked together through β-1,4-xylosidic bonds in its main chain. Within xylanase, β-1,4 xylanase (1,4-β-D-xylanohydrolase: EC3.1.2.8) acts randomly on the xylose bonds within the main chain. It exhibits a preference for non-substituted regions, breaking down xylan into Xylo-oligosaccharides, which include xylodisaccharides, Xylotriose, and so on. B-xylosidase (1,4-β-D-xylanohydrolase: EC3.2.1.37) functions at the ends of Xylo-oligosaccharides, releasing xylose. Additionally, α-L-arabinofuranosidase and α-D-glucuronidase work on xylan with various substituent branched chains.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE


For a product with an enzyme activity of 5000u/g, it is advisable to incorporate 40-50g per metric ton (T) in the complete feed material. When adding this enzyme to concentrated material and premix material, it's important to adjust the amount based on the respective proportions to maintain the recommended concentration.
