WORKING MECHANISM

Cellulase is a multicomponent complex enzyme containing EXOβ-1, 4-glucanase (also known as C1 enzyme), endoβ -4-glu-canase (also known as CX enzyme), andβ-glucosidase.C1 enzyme mainly acts as natural cellulose, transforming it into hydrated amorphous cellulose.CX enzyme can be divided into the inside fracturet type celluase CX1 and outside fracture type CX2 o,CX1 enzyme from hydration noncrystalline cellulose molecular internal work onβ-1,4 - glycosidic bond.,to produce fiber dextrin and cellobiose, CX2 enzyme from hydration noncrystalline cellulose molecules of reducing the end effect in theβ-1, 4- glycosidic bond, to produce fiber dextrin and cellobiose;β-glucosidase, also known as cellase, acts on cellose to produce glucose.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
